Carl has spent 30 years in QSR with senior roles in Operations, Supply Chain, Restaurant Engineering, Training and Stratgic Planning. He has been an company or franchise operator for nine brands including Jack In The Box, KFC, Subway, DQ and Wendy's.
He resides in the Clemson, SC area and consults on Restaurant Operations Improvement and customer satisfaction delivery.
