Stephen Brown – has been in the QSR (quick service restaurant) industry for over 30 years in New Zealand, covering national roles in L&D, Operations Excellence and Communications. Time was also spent on the Global Team, for the McDonald’s McCafé business taking coffee and tech to the world. With the recent introduction of voice AI into the marketplace, Stephen has been working with a leading partner brand to bring voice AI into the guest ordering experience to improve business metrics.
