Who is the official show contractor? Freeman Decorating. Questions regarding shipping, handling, labor, furnishings, etc. should be directed to Freeman at (407) 816-7900.
Can I share a booth with another company?
Exhibitors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the space allotted, nor represent, advertise or distribute literature for the products or services of any other firm or individual except as approved in writing by Show Management. Should two or more companies wish to "co-exhibit," Show Management requires each company to take a minimum of 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space. For example, Company A and Company B may co-exhibit by each taking one 10' x 10' booth adjacent to each other. No exhibitor will be permitted to display outside the confines of the assigned booth space in the Exposition area.
How do I order services such as carpeting, telephone, electrical, lead retrieval systems, etc.
The Exhibitor Service Manual will be available closer to the show dates.
How do I obtain my exhibitor booth personnel badges? Each exhibiting company is entitled to a limited number of complimentary booth personnel badges, as follows: Five (5) complimentary badges for 100-500 square feet of exhibit space; Seven (7) complimentary badges for over 500 square feet of exhibit space. Additional booth personnel badges can be purchased for $35 per badge.

What are the show colors? Drapery: Black & White
Aisle Carpet: Tuxedo (black and gray tweed)
What are the height restrictions? Ceiling height is 25'. Booth heights must adhere to guidelines and restrictions as outlined in the Exhibitor Service Manual in the Booth Configurations section.
What are the hanging sign/structure restrictions? Hanging signs/structures should be a minimum of 17' from the floor to the bottom of the sign/structure and should be a maximum of 21' from the floor at the highest point.
Can I hold a meeting and is there meeting space available? No attendee-related meetings or hospitality suites may be conducted during exposition or conference hours.
Is there a pre-show attendee list to purchase? A pre-show attendee list is not provided pre-show. A complimentary post-show attendee registration file is emailed to all exhibitors after the show.
